We had a fabulous time staying in 409 Island House. Condo is beautiful and well equipped. Great location with short walk to beach and pool. Absolutely no complaints!

We spent 2 weeks at 409 Island.
It was a lovely vacation apartment. Updated appliances and granite.
I wish I had known that the owners have a dog that must spend time there. The listing says No Pets so I wrongly assumed the apartment would be free of animal allergens. When cleaning the apartment to come home, we found dog toys under the couch, a food bowl under the master bed, and dog hair under the couch cushions.
We enjoyed the apartment, I just think it is important to know in case people ( like my husband and grandson) are impacted by allergies to animals.

We loved this unit! It was comfortable, and everything was in great shape. The view was excellent and the location was nice and quiet.
