Just steps to Sea Colony's private beach and oceanfront pools, this seaside getaway's single level layout features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more Accessible without stairs.  4 TVs, Wifi. Notes: The 2nd bedroom does not feature cable television.

My family and I absolutely loved the Sea Colony community and all its amenities. The unit was beautiful and perfect for my young family. The pools were clean and warm. We will return for another visit soon.

We found Vacasa's service to be very poor. We called in at 3:52pm to see if the unit was ready. The Vacasa rep, "Lee" rudely stated that we are not entitled to get into the unit until 4pm. Then, the conversations was abruptly over. The cleaning was not completed until after 4:30 and we did not receive a message that it was ready until after 6:30 pm. However, the cleaning was minimal. We found popcorn on the floor, greasy trays under the oven; black mold on the bottom of the shower doors and sand on areas of the floors. We don't blame the cleaning service as they are asked to clean 20 units/day. Therefore, it would be difficult to spend more than 20 minutes cleaning a unit. Then, in the guest book, a person had written in 2020 that the pots and pans had most of the Teflon off of them, making it unsafe for cooking purposes. Unfortunately, no one must have read the comment, because the pans were still in the same condition, not replaced. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked with supplies; we made a salad and could only find a small bowl to make it in. All that being said, the decor of the unit was nice. And the view is wonderful.
