Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this single-level resort retreat has been recently updated to provide you with the ultimate vacation experience. The living room invites you to spread out comfortably on the new modern couch and watch your favorite shows. It also boasts a new rug and additional lighting. The well-equipped kitchen has been updated with all new appliances including stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and has all the essentials to prepare tasty homemade meals. The porch has brand-new outdoor furniture. There are two bedrooms, including the main suite. There are new beds with linen, headboards, and comfortable mattresses. Additional perks include central air conditioning, brand new washer/dryer stack, two TVs, two DVDs, and free WiFi. No dogs/pets permitted. No smoking on property. Sleeps 7 people.

We love staying on the first floor residences due to the ease of entry and exit to the pools in the beach. This was a great first floor condominium. Not only did it have an amazing view of the beach, it was directly outside of the Harbour Island pool and our parking spot was directly underneath us in the garage. Convenience is super important for us and this condominium had all of it! We’re grateful for the host and enjoyed our stay immensely!

The home was clean, the view was beautiful, the distance fron the beach was within steps .. Check in was a nightmare ruined our first day there, if you are going to rent this home I'd suggest you be there before the office closes .

Can't beat the location. On the beach with huge deck acrossed all the high rise condos with a lot of pools and enterences to the private beach sea colony owns.
