Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this coastal getaway is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 flat-screen TVs, DVD, Wifi.



Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Everything was great. The views were absolutely the best ever. The location was perfect. Being in between OC and Bethany made everything easily accessible. There was an elevator. It is very close to the beach and easy to walk there. Also, there is a light shining directly on the beach at night from the top of the building. Watching the waves at night was great. We truely enjoyed our relaxing stay. Everything in the house was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked and clean. No complaints from us.

The good. The ocean view is amazing. There are 4 chairs on the balcony and we spent a great deal of time there! The electronics and couch were good. The kitchen has lots of dishes, silverware and cups. The outside property is very well maintained. The bad. There were a number of issues with the condo. Primarily, it needs a deep cleaning and some upgrades. The kitchen cooking supplies were rough. The skillets were so bad, we went out and bought our own. The coffee maker did not work. I pulled pans and dishes out of the cabinets that were dirty. The mattresses are worn out, especially the two twin beds. They have divots in them. The dryer sounds like it is on its last legs. The condo is minimally supplied. Seriously, one thin roll of toilet paper? One garbage bag? 2 dishwasher cleaning packets? 1 tea towel? Thin bath towels? No bath mat? No beach equipment what so ever! Vacasa doesn’t specify how to contact them if there are problems with the unit. The primary bathroom’s sink didn’t have water pressure and the stopper wasn’t working. There is an email in the condo that we messaged. After a day with no response we used the Vacasa app. A very nice maintenance person was able to fix the water pressure, but not the stopper.
