Beautifully situated on the romantic Gutsteich pond with a view over Holstein’s fields amidst stunning natural surroundings, Haus Bellevue is the perfect retreat. Painted in classic red, this brick house is part of the Gut Brodau estate and offers every guest an unforgettable atmosphere.
Quiet, idyllic, and set in stunning surroundings—an oasis of relaxation where you can recharge. For example, unwind on the sunny south-facing terrace with a view of the garden and across the fields to the Baltic Sea and the Mecklenburg coast, or enjoy the sunset in the evening while taking a stroll by the pond.
The vacation rental is one of three units located in the Bellevue House. A spacious living and dining area with access to the terrace and garden, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher round out the comfortable living experience.
Dogs are also welcome and can roam freely in the fenced-in garden. A variety of routes invite you to go for a walk: dirt roads, forest and coastal trails along the steep cliffs, and the nearby Baltic Sea beach provide plenty of variety.
The beach (approx. 800 m away) is about a 10-minute walk, a 5-minute bike ride, and a 2-minute drive.
You’ll find small shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, with more available in the towns of Grömitz and Neustadt (about a 10-minute drive away).
The apartment can be booked with 1 dog (€8 per dog per day). Bed linens (€10 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are not included in the travel price. Please specify these services when booking.

Objekt ist sehr schön gelegen , sauber und gut aufgeteilt.
Leider immer noch kein WLAN - das geht garnicht -nur aus diesem Grund kann ich da leider nicht mehr buchen.

Die Wohnung liegt idyllisch zwischen einem großen Teich beim Gutshof und fussläufig 20 min zum Meer. Zum Garten eine herrliche Ruhe, nichts außer Vogelgezwitscher. Vorne liegt die Straße, mittelmäßig befahren. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, Küchengeschirr passt für 2 Personen, das Wohnzimmer könnte man gut mit einer größeren Couch bestücken.
Übergabe völlig kontaktlos. Alles war für uns perfekt. Wir empfehlen sehr gerne weiter.
