3-room apartment 8032 marina level apartment 2 for up to 4 people (incl. Small child). This apartment is on the ground floor and has a spacious, south-facing terrace. The proximity to the marina of Grömitz distinguishes this apartment very much. Spend your relaxing vacation days in a location close to the beach (200 m). We at Ferienwohnungen Suhr wish you a wonderful holiday in Grömitz on the Baltic Sea.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a leather couch, dining area for 4 people, satellite TV, radio and has access to the sunny, furnished terrace.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 each 80 x 200 cm) & wardrobe.
In the 2nd Bedroom is a tandem bed (80 x 200 cm each), wardrobe.
The open kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, stove-oven, refrigerator and the usual appliances.
Bright bathroom with sink, toilet, shower with partition (handicapped-friendly with handle and 83 cm door width).
The apartment is laid out with tiles. A parking lot is at the house. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
The apartment is equipped for the disabled.

In the nearby spa park there are outdoor sports equipment and a large playground where children can play extensively. Grömitz captivates with its multitude of sports and leisure activities, which you can all find near the beach. Nothing stands in the way of an all-round carefree holiday.
