Beautifully situated on the romantic Gutsteich pond with a view across the Holstein fields amidst stunning natural surroundings, Haus Bellevue is a classic red brick house that is part of the Gut Brodau estate and offers every guest an unforgettable atmosphere.
Quiet, idyllic, and set in stunning surroundings—an oasis of relaxation where you can recharge. For example, unwind on the sunny south-facing terrace with a view of the garden and across the fields to the Baltic Sea and the Mecklenburg coast, or enjoy the sunset during an evening stroll by the pond.
The vacation rental is one of three units located in the Bellevue house. A spacious living and dining area with terrace access to the garden, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a tub, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher round out the comfortable living experience.
Dogs are also welcome and can roam freely in the fenced-in garden. A variety of routes invite you to go for a walk: dirt roads, forest and coastal trails along the steep cliffs, as well as the nearby Baltic Sea beach, offer plenty of variety.
The beach (approx. 800 m away) is about a 10-minute walk, a 5-minute bike ride, and a 2-minute drive.
You’ll find small shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, with more available in the towns of Grömitz and Neustadt (about a 10-minute drive away).
The apartment can be booked with 1 dog (€8 per dog/day). Bed linens (€10 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are not included in the travel price. Please specify these services when booking.

Die Ferienwohnung und der große Garten waren ganz schön. Es waren Liegen, eine Tischgruppe und ein Strandkorb vorhanden. Leider waren diese stark mit Vogelkot verunreinigt. Der angepriesene Spaziergang um den See war leider nicht möglich, weil kein Rundweg vorhanden war. Man musste immer an der Straße entlang, die schmal, unübersichtlich und zur Zeit viel befahren war. Das Büro der Vermietung war während unserem gesamten Urlaub nicht erreichbar.
