Close to sailing, windsurfing, and more, this family-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 12-minute drive to Groemitz Beach or the 8-minute drive to Grömitzer Wave (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 840-sq-ft vacation home. When you come inside, connect to the free WiFi or get cozy in front of the cable/satellite TV (video library available). There's also table tennis, a DVD player, and a music library for your enjoyment.
