Excellent choice in Grömitz

The apartment is very well furnished, with all necessary kitchen ware. It is well located, close to the beach in a quite neighborhood. Beds are very comfortable and owners are unbelievable friendly and helpful. There is a TV in each bedroom and also in the living room.

Wifi stability shall be improved, although it is free.

Very pleasant apartments, with all you need and supper friendly staff.

Excellent Apartment location, very close to the beach in a quiet place. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful, giving prepared tips at departure to avoid traffic jam's. Apartment Spacious and clean, with supper comfortable beds. Sufficient Kitchenware, and some basics in the kitchen, (Sugar, coffee, detergent, dust bags,...) Nespresso coffee machine. Smart TV'S in all rooms. Renovated bathrooms, good quality towels. Parking in all city places via provided card. Good Vacuum cleaner.

Just small tings No microwave: Vacuum cleaner wasn't empty since a long time.

Schönes geräumiges Apartment mit Balkon zur Elbe, nur durch einen Fußweg getrennt. Frühstück im dazugehörigen im Nebenhaus befindlichen Café. Schöne Terrasse neben dem Frühstück Raum.

Schöne, sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung mit ganz kleinen Mängeln.

Ausreichend große Räume, sehr saubere und moderne Bäder.

Das Licht im Wohn- und Essbereich war gemütlich, aber insgesamt zu dunkel. Die Lampen im Kühlschrank und im Kochbereich funktionierten gar nicht. Für die Jahreszeit war es zu dunkel. In den Schlafräumen, Bädern und Flur war das Licht dagegen sehr hell und gut. Der Wasserdruck in der Küche war sehr niedrig. Es dauerte ewig, bis man genügend Wasser zum Kochen hatte.

Im Badezimmer fehlte für Handtücher noch ein Haken. Es war nur einer vorhanden.

Nie wieder im Winter

Lage

Wir haben ein Wochenende im Februar in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft nicht beheizt und vollkommen ausgekühlt, was darauf schließen ließ, dass die Wohnung schon längere Zeit nicht beheizt wurde. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein Heizlüfter versprochen, den wir jedoch nicht erhielten. Aufgrund der Größe der Wohnung und der nur mäßig warmen Heizkörper reichte das Wochenende nicht aus, diese auf einigermaßen angenehme Temperaturen zu erwärmen. Leider hat der Vermieter nicht auf unsere Beschwerde und Enttäuschung reagiert.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen, alles war vorhanden, besonders die Gastfreundlichkeit des Gastgebers ist hervorzuheben.

Es hat uns alles gefallen, wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir wurde supernett vom Chef empfangen und ohne viel hin und her ins Apartment gebracht. Das Apartment war für den Preis genau richtig, es lag sehr nah am Stadtkern und noch näher zum Strand. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder her. Ich habe übrigens schon lange nicht mehr so entspannt geschlafen auswärts.

Zentrale Lage . Gut erreichbar. Kostenloser Parkplatz

An der Unterkunft war nichts auszusetzen. Jedoch möchte ich den Gastgeber bzw. Hotelier sensibilisieren. Ich war 2019 zu Gast in der Unterkunft und dieses Jahr wieder . Diese Information musste der Hotelier gleich meiner Frau weitergeben. Bei mir ist es nicht so schlimm aber wenn man mit einer anderen Person in der Unterkunft war möchte die neue Partnerin oder Freundin diese Information bestimmt nicht von einem Hotelier bekommen. Also Deskretion währe angebracht um nicht in Verlegenheit zu geraten. Ansonsten war alles super.
