Host & Stay - Guildford Apartment

Breakfast - N/A. Location - perfect. Very quiet despite it being near the station. Very quiet neighbours above and below. Very handy for the bins when it comes to emptying the one in the house at the end of the stay! Parking is tricky, but it is possible to play musical cars to make the most of the bays around the property. Useful that loo roll and a bottle of shower gel was provided as I had completely forgotten mine. Also useful, a few store cupboard items in the kitchen. Nice touch.

Just a couple of things to report (which I did on departure): the curtain in the bedroom had come off its rails, so didn't close. We managed a work around while we were there but I gather that's going to get looked at. Also, the coffee machine (great machine) has a little leak in the reservoir section, so if you leave it with water in ready for the next coffee you'd find it had escaped over the work surface. That's been reported too, so will probably be fine for the next visitor.

Gute Lage - Nähe zum Bahnhof und zu den Lanes, 15 min Fußweg zum Strand. Ein ganzes Apartment mit Bad & Küche. Charlie (von Stay & Host) hat schnell geantwortet.

Es war nicht sauber als wir ankamen (Bsp.: unter dem Auszieh-Sofa lag ein Pommes, im Badeschrank war ein benutztes Wattestäbchen). Die Fotos entsprechen nicht ganz dem aktuellen Aussehen des Apartments. Im Apartment und im Hausflur hat es nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Das Auszieh-Sofa war sehr durchgelegen und unbequem, außerdem nicht vorbereitet, obwohl wir angaben zu dritt anzureisen.
