Nice cottage, good kitchen, clean, lot's of pubs and restaurants close by, beach on walking distance
Parking in Brighton is difficult and very expensive if you care about your car.

The location was fantastic and perfect for all sightseeing. It was a very comfortable home and had everything you needed.
The access door handle was broken and a bit tricky to open.

Very central so close to lots of amenities. Quite a nice top floor flat on a quiet side street. Just a few areas for improvement.
The washing machine was so stinky it was unusable, which was important to us with very young kids. The dishwasher also wasn't working and lights in one bathroom kept flickering on and off.

Location is excellent, easy access to the flat, good enterieur. Beds are quite comfy. Bathrooms are good to use.
Some parts are not clean enough. Some light bulbs did not work. The dishwasher needs some upgrade. The large plates do not fit in to at all. I recommend to leave as many tablets for the diswasher as many days people rent for stay.
