Emplacement parfait, proche de la plage, les chambres sont de bonnes tailles.

Des réserves sur la propreté et le ménage, pas top. Une chaise cassée jamais remplacée, pas de cafetière (pas dramatique mais bon)

Brilliant location very close to the beach. You couldn’t ask for better.

It’s loud at night. It’s very close to popular bars so this has to be expected. Only having one key could be a problem for some groups.

The location was good for being a short walk away from the beach, pier, The Lanes and other shops and restaurants/cafes. The apartment itself was nicely laid out, comfortable living space and bedrooms of good size each. There was 2 families with 3 kids in total and it didn't feel cramped.

Felt misled when given the heads up of a safe temporary fix being put in place due to some damage to a living room window. We arrived to one of the windows being completely replaced with a boarding which did reduce sunlight into the living somewhat. The 'compensation' was to put 4 fans in the rooms in absence of opening the window which didn't really reflect recognising the issue. The other realisation was that the flat is right next to a Wetherspoons bar, which while not necessarily an issue to noise when in the flat, it does get rowdy and loud in the evenings. But that comes with the location - would have just been good to know. Finally, the TV wouldn't work beyond Netflix. It's very odd to not have regular TV channels as a standard. When asked how to get it to work, was suggested to cast from my phone which isn't the experience you'd expect for a premium priced flat.
