The staff were fabulous, the rooms were clean and the location was great. The little garden area was great/

Brilliant location, great place for a group with nice lounge area. Decent beds, we had a good time.
Parts of it are a bit tired, oven and dishwasher had issues, it wasn’t super clean and only 1 shower.

The Location was brilliant
The beds are tiny. Very narrow, not a standard single. The house was clean but very very shabby. Needs decorating, shower is mouldy and walled garden is overgrown with weeds and dead plants which meant we couldn't use it.
