Beautifully renovated 3-bedroom townhouse in the heart of Brighton’s North Laine, just minutes from the station. Finished to a high standard throughout, the home features a bright open-plan kitchen and living space with breakfast bar, dining area, and access to a private patio. Spread across three floors, it comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with spacious double bedrooms, a modern family bathroom with freestanding bath, plus an ensuite.

Brighton Beach, the seafront, and key attractions are all within easy walking distance, making this an ideal base whether you’re visiting for a weekend break, work trip, or family stay.

This stylish townhouse has been fully refurbished throughout, creating a fresh, modern space while keeping that classic Brighton charm.

The ground floor offers a bright and sociable open-plan layout, with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining table — perfect for relaxed meals or entertaining. The living area includes a smart TV with access to streaming apps (guests can log into their own accounts).

To the rear, there’s a small private patio with seating, ideal for a morning coffee or unwinding after a day exploring the city.

Set across three floors, the property comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across three well-sized double bedrooms two of them with king beds and the other with a double. One bedroom benefits from its own ensuite with shower, while the main family bathroom features both a walk-in shower and a freestanding bath.

Getting around couldn’t be easier from this central location.

Brighton Station is just a short walk away, offering direct links to London and surrounding areas. From here, you can be in London in an hour.

Most of Brighton’s main attractions are within walking distance, so you likely won’t need a car during your stay. Local buses and taxis are also easily accessible nearby if needed.

For those driving, please note that parking in this area is very limited and mostly permit-controlled. However, there are convenient public carparks just 5 minutes walk away, including Brighton station car park or Trafalgar street car park.
