Charming apartment next to Brighton Station

The location can’t be beaten — only a 4 minute walk from the station and about 15 minutes to the pier. Everything you need is right there, with plenty of activities for kids nearby. The house is spotless, super comfortable and so practical for 5 of us. The beds were amazing and the kitchen had everything we needed — microwave, toaster, and all the essentials. Mr Glen was very attentive and gave great guidance with check-in. He looks after the place beautifully. What surprised me most was how peaceful it is. Even though it’s next door to a pub and right in the middle of everything in Brighton, it was so quiet after 11pm and we felt totally calm. Waking up to the swans 🦢 in the morning was beautiful, like listening to music. The boys loved it and we all felt right at home. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Brighton. We are definitely come back ! Thank you Mr Glen!

Great location for the beach, the lanes, lovely French bakery just around the corner! The owner ws really responsive and prompt in replying to our enquiries.

The second bedroom and bathroom are in the basement, the WiFi signal was poor down there. One of the twin beds was extremely creaky! Decor could do with a refresh. It was quite small, there isn't space for 4 people to sit on the sofa and watch TV.

Le logement est situé au RDC et sous-sol d'une maison anglaise. (Un autre appartement est situé au dessus). Un Pub est situé à côté du logement, mais il ne nous a posé aucun problème de nuisances sonores. Situé à proximité immédiate de la gare, il est très facile d'accès.

Le logement a des problèmes d'humidité au sous sol. Cela se voit sur les joints de salle de bain. Cela est plus ennuyeux pour la chambre des enfants situé à ce même niveau. Un déhumidifieur d'air est d'ailleurs a disposition dans la pièce. Sa mise en route a d'ailleurs été bien utile puisque le niveau d'humidité est passé de 60% à 40% selon l'afficheur de la machine.
