Location perfect for the station and walk into town
Not really an internal problem but the back seems to be a haven for pigeons. Maybe some deterrent can be added

1: Close proximity to the station and ideal location to everything in the city centre. 2: Also had a pub next door, too 3: Quiet location
1: Washing up left from previous guests. 2: Food left in bin from previous guests. 3: Double bed unmade, and looked like someone had recently slept in it 4: A spot of blood on the duvet on the double bed 5: Just one key supplied for three guests, which was constraining for us 6: No tea/coffee, etc supplied onsite
