Local bem tranquilo.
A segurança é bem falha, o portão da garagem fica destrancado e sem o motor. Qualquer pessoa pode chegar ali e entrar sem os moradores vê. A luz da cozinha estava sem funcionar, o sanitário do banheiro social estava quebrado e tv não acessava os canais. Poderiam melhorar a conservação do apartamento.

O apartamento é de um bom tamanho para 4 pessoas. Com espaço legal, bem dividido, uma vista bonita para o mar.
A limpeza deixou a desejar, alguns utensílios da cozinha estavam sujos, as toalhas de banho são bem simples e o ar condicionado da suíte não chegava na temperatura apesar de manter o quarto fresco. Os chuveiros não esquentam.

Estacionamento amplo
Limpeza do banheiro. Azulejos com sujeira aparente , tapetes sujos. Parede da sala com pedaços meio caídos, reboco ou pintura.
