Flat é bem organizado, possui tudo que é necessário. Funcionário muito atencioso
Quando entramos sentimos cheiro de mofo, abri todas as portas e janela e melhorou bastante. Encontramos algumas Baratas e a água tinha cheiro ruim (mas acho que isso é geral da região)
