Do conforto.
As únicas coisas que incomodaram, foram algumas formigas que apareçam nos banheiros e também a garagem. A rampa da garagem é muito alta, então a parte de baixo do carro ficava arrastando toda vez que precisávamos sair ou entrar.

A casa em geral é muito boa, próxima a mercado, praia e centro.
Precisa melhorar apenas os chuveiros dos banheiros, pelo fato de sair pouca água.
