Da localização e do clima
O banheiro com problema na descarga e no chuveiro elétrico. Também a falta de privacidade, o chalé mateus fica de frente à copa coletiva e não tem cortinas janelas de vidro, só um véu, dá pra ver tudo de fora pra dentro do chalé, inclusive a iluminação de fora entra no chalé. Péssimo isso.
