O que mais gostei foi da varanda no quintal em frente ao mar .
Precisa só de uma pintura e pequenas reformas básicas , o banheiro da sala tem um mal cheiro. , as instalações elétricas perto da escada deu choque.

A localização é ótima, em frente ao mar, e a casa bem espaçosa.
A casa precisa de mais cuidado, reparo e limpeza. Está tudo muito desgastado pelo pelo preço poderia ser melhor. O banheiro de baixo tinha um cheiro muito forte.
