A acomodação é muito bem localizada, com uma vista bonita e um ambiente confortável. O quarto estava limpo e atendeu bem às expectativas.
O atendimento deixou a desejar. Os funcionários foram mal educados e despreparados. No checkout não havia nenhum funcionário para auxiliar com as malas e tive que deixar a chave com uma moça de uma loja, o que passou uma sensação de desorganização e falta de suporte ao hóspede. Além disso, fui informado de que a caipirinha custava R$ 22,00, mas, no momento do pagamento, foi cobrado R$ 35,00, sem qualquer aviso prévio ou justificativa, o que demonstrou falta de transparência e contradição nas informações prestadas.
