Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

This beach spot was lovely! The location was really wonderful. Access to the beach and garage was so close and simple and our ocean view just made the entire week better - we felt like we never left the beach! Sea Colony is the best! Electronics felt up-to-date. We had one issue with a leak in a cabinet that was attended to promptly. The bathrooms, shower specifically, are in need of a deep scrub along with the bedroom ceiling fan/pop-corn ceiling which had a good bit of trapped dust. We used the space for our family of three, so we appreciated the great lighting and it being on the dimmers (for nightlights) and that the kitchen felt pretty well equipped. Thanks for a lovely week!

Condo was clean, very well appointed, and was in an excellent location. Check in and check out were easy. Overall we were very pleased with this property.

The place was clean and had everything we needed for our time at the beach. Location is also great with restaurants, shops and activities in walking distance.
