Well appointed- had everything one would need (would have been nice to have stove top cleaner). The view of the ocean and beach is spectacular. Convenient location.

The condo was cute and perfect for my husband and I. The gym was cleaned and well maintained.

The ocean view is astounding... by far the best part of staying in this unit. The king-size bed is very comfortable. Pillows need to be replaced. The unit itself is very small. Closet space is effectively nonexistent. HVAC noise is extremely loud and disturbing. Strongly suggest updating the unit. The parking spot is dangerously close to a large concrete support post. Scrape marks from.past tenants attest to the difficulties in parking.
