Offering exceptional ocean views from the private balcony (with counter-height furniture), this one-level resort getaway offers a living room, dining area, and bedroom (with ceiling fan and a private half bath), as well as a full bath accessible from either the bedroom or the hallway. Both the bedroom and oceanfront sliding glass doors in the living room feature new Vertiglide room-darkening blinds. Dine at the dining table or on one of the barstools at the kitchen counter. This condo's well-equipped kitchen is home to a Keurig, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a complement of cookware and utensils (restocked by the owners at the beginning of each season). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Accessible without stairs. Two flatscreen TVs, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, a library of books and DVDs, board games, puzzles, Keurig, and WiFi.
