When you book this retreat, you will find new luxury vinyl flooring in the kitchen and living room, remodeled bathrooms, new carpet in bedrooms, new window treatments throughout the condo, and a new sectional sofa. Additionally, the entire condo has been deep cleaned and painted!



You are just steps to Sea Colony's private beach and oceanfront pools from the patio of this convenient first floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo! An easy one-level design, this resort retreat features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 3 TVs, DVD, Blu-ray, Wifi.



Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
