This condo was a great fit for two adults and three teens. It was clean, and the check-in /checkout process was painless. We sent a note to the property management company about a few small things that could use attention; Simple fixes like a light that doesn’t work, and the dishwasher top rack insists on rolling out constantly. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware and dishes. The only coffee pot is a Keurig, so future guests might take note to bring pods with them. Having laundry in the unit was a must for us, and it worked well. The ocean view is wonderful, and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. We made good use of the weight room in the central condo tower, and the free tram around Sea Colony is nice to have. Also, it’s quite a short walk to the beach!We would definitely rent this place again!

We loved the location of this condo, with great views of the ocean. Also, the king bed was confortable, which is very important to us. There are some small issues with the cleanliness of the apartment, but we will definitely consider renting it again.
