Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great House for a long weekend/ week at the beach. Easy access to all the activities and quiet at night for sleeping. Plenty of room to spread out.

This house was very bright and accommodating. We barely used what we could have (didn't grill out, etc.) But it is there. The location is ideal for walking into town, or across the street to the parks. (I imagine if you had littles this rental would be great, too.) Cozy, but with enough space to spread out.

Charming 3 bedroom within walking distance to Bethany Beach. The price was great and the location even better. We enjoyed the stay and the very minor issues were addressed the moment we reported them. I would stay here again!

House is a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. The top floor gets a lot of good light and the ample windows let in a great breeze. The house is a little dated and the ants that others have found in the kitchen are still there - though they disappeared when we moved the toaster off the counter.
