Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The perfect cottage for two people. The finishes were high end. We had trouble with the coffee pot and it was replaced in hours.

Perfect for our family of four. Had everything we needed, short walk and/or drive to the beach, and beautiful grounds. Pool areas were also very well maintained, and the splash pad was perfect for the kids.

This stay was super convenient to book and the after hours check in was extremely convenient and customer friendly! Everything was a smooth process to check in and to check out. Great location and very clean. Would stay here again no problem!
