O espaço é ótimo. A localização excelente. A geladeira é muito boa. Lugar silencioso dá pra descansar bem.
Os porteiros são super gente boa, o lugar é bem seguro, me senti muito bem.
Os móveis poderiam ser um pouco melhores, o guarda roupa é ruim demais. O sofá também está ruim, tem uma madeira no meio que incomoda bastante. A higiene da casa decepcionou, o chão estava limpo e tal mas nos detalhes estava sujo, as panelas bem ruim também.

No coração da Lapa ,prédio tranquilo e bem localizado .muito aconchegante roupa de cama e banho limpinhas , o apto bem organizado . Reservarei mais vezes no futuro .
Em meio a onda de calor só faltou o ar condicionado .

O apt. não estava limpo. Mostrava falta de limpeza nos azulejos do banheiro,janelas,chuveiros ...

Good location in the center, 15 min from the tube but I was ok with it. There’s amusing places around to eat and markets to buy what you need. The apartment is not big but it’s good enough, good lighting during the day, a nice fridge, a dining area and a nice big room that connects with the toilet.
I wish the house was cleaner, and there’s a lot of things this belongs to the owner, should be more organised. I found the house very disorganised and a bit dirty, the stove was dirty and I had to clean it , so is all things that are easy to clean, maybe the owner should’ve more aware of it. I know it’s summer and Rio is hot but I saw some roaches around, luckily they weee small but please, use some sofa to kill then cause someone would cancel their booking after that.
