Small but very comfortable and secure little place in the heart of Lapa. Very attentive host.

The apartment is in the heart of Lapa, a vibrant and interesting part of Rio. Santa Teresa is nearby and two metro lines, Gloria and Cinelândia, are within a kilometre. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchenette was well equipped with pots and pans and cutlery and cooking utensils. I brought my own air fryer, which meant I could pretty much cook anything I liked. Small but really nice and comfortable with working air conditioner and decent internet. Fabiana, the host, was very responsive when I asked about anything. The place is very secure but easy to get in and out, even when there is no doorman present.

The internet was mostly good but occasionally it would lag a bit, especially when it rained, common in Brazil. The place is quite small but all the cupboards and drawers were already full so I couldn’t put my things away, I lived out of my suitcase instead, which was fine. There was renovation work going on in a nearby apartment when I was there and the builders were very noisy, using angle grinders to cut tiles by the open window instead of a quieter tile cutter. Completely unnecessary and very inconsiderate. But this had nothing to do with the host and I guess that’s the luck of the draw sometimes.

Localização excelente bem próximo a padaria, bares e restaurantes na Lapa, além de ser bem próximo aos arcos da Lapa onde tem a feirinha a noite com muitas opções de comidas e bebidas, próximo a escadaria seleron. Apartamento com portaria, controle de acesso eletrônico ao apartamento. Dispõe de frigobar e microondas, além de utensílios de cozinha.

Como sugestão a colocação de um box no banheiro, de resto tudo muito bom

Ótima

A localização é maravilhosa, bares, restaurantes, mercado, metrô tem tudo perto. O apartamento é bom e confortável, mesmo sendo pequeno. Ficamos em 3 pessoas e estávamos bem tranquilos no apartamento. Com toda certeza, iremos alugar mais vezes.

O banheiro é um pouco apertado, mas não é um problema.
