Fabulous

The owner is friendly and helpful, also to organize a taxi to the airport. Good facilities like a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Hot shower and AC works well. We felt very safe, several gates and a doorman who will know you. Two metrostations can be reached within a 5 to 7 minutes walk.

Perfeita

Apartamento pequeno mas muito aconchegante. Primeira vez que peguei um apê por temporada e fiquei com receio de ser golpe pelo pedido dos documentos pelo whatsapp ou de a rua ser perigosa, mas tudo muito seguro: rua movimentada com lojas e muita gente passando e pegando ônibus, à noite fica mais deserto, mas como é uma localização próxima de muita coisa pelo rj, o uber as vezes ficava até mais barato que o metrô pra duas pessoas. O prédio conta com funcionários prestativos na portaria 24h, uma vendinha 24h e o acesso ao apê é por senha. Pra muitos, o fato de o apartamento ser no bloco de trás (por isso não dá pra ver o prédio pelo maps) e ter dois elevadores, dois portões e um corredor grande pode ser chato mas pra mim, aumenta a segurança, inclusive, tem uma delegacia na esquina da rua e eu me senti realmente segura nesse lugar, fato que quero deixar destacado aqui pois além de ter sido um grande receio antes de fechar, eu também vivenciei nesse prédio, o RJ em meio a maior operação policial de sua história, mas nessa área, nem parecia, é realmente um lugar privilegiado. Sobre a comodidade em si, o que eu não gostei foi ir embora, que apê fofo! Estava limpinho quando chegamos, tinha água quente em todas as pias, eu havia lido uns comentários sobre insetos, mas na minha experiência, eu não vi um mosquito sequer. E tinha tudo que se pode precisar em um lar: eletrodomésticos, coisas de cozinha, materiais de limpeza e produtos de higiene pessoal. Sem contar a vista do Pão de Açúcar... É igual a foto mesmo! Enfim, passei 8 dias maravilhosos nesse apêzinho e se pudesse ficava mais! Recomendo muito!

A acústica do lugar e o chuveiro foram as únicas coisas que deixaram um pouco a desejar. Primeiro, por ser uma área bem silenciosa e acho que as paredes são finas, então apesar de os vizinhos serem tranquilos, as vezes eu conseguia ouvi-los vendo TV ou conversando, o que acredito que também deve ter acontecido da parte deles. Nossa dificuldade foi mesmo com o chuveiro, pois até agora não entendi como ajustar a temperatura da água, mas nada que me desencorajasse de retornar ou que tenha me desmotivado a querer ficar mais.

La limpieza, la comodidad y que tiene todos los servicios que necesitamos (cocina, lavandería, aire acondicionado, wi-fi, TV, baño muy limpio y más). Los recepcionistas del edificio siempre atentos y la tranquilidad del lugar es también algo para resaltar. Además que tiene un bonita vista al Pão de Açucar y que se localiza en un lugar estratégico para moverse hacia las principales atracciones de Rio. Hay bastantes bodegas, tiendas y sitios para comer cerca. Sin duda alguna fue el mejor lugar que pude encontrar para la estadía con mi pareja en Rio de Janeiro. Felicitaciones al Sr. Marcio por crear un espacio tan acogedor.

Conforto e bela vista.

Anfitrião muito prestativo e acessível a qualquer hora em que precisamos. A vista da janela é muito boa; vê-se o Pão de Açúcar, conforme foto do anúncio. Perto do Museu da República (Palácio do Catete), do Largo do Machado, da feirinha da Glória e de estação do metrô. Secador de cabelo bom. Cama e toalhas de banho macias. Bons utensílios de cozinha.

Infelizmente, o entorno do prédio não é dos mais bonitos.
