Nice updated unit, just walk to beach

This is in a great location close to one of the pools. Air conditioning works well. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Updated bathrooms. Some minor repairs were not addressed during our stay. Cleaning staff for this unit did not do a good job prior to our arrival. Floors and countertops could have been much cleaner.

This condo was a good value for an oceanfront stay. Being ground level was convenient, and the unit was spacious. That said, the couches in the living room are past due for replacement, and the mattress in the primary bedroom was very uncomfortable (can’t speak for the other beds). Also, for some reason the sinks got plenty hot, but the primary shower only got lukewarm (again, can’t speak for the other shower).

When we checked in this unit was filthy. The floors hadn't been vacuumed or mopped, and in the kitchen, the counter and cabinets were greasy, the corner of the stovetop was broken off with the pieces just laying there(one of our kids stepped on a shard on the floor which made her foot bleed) and the refrigerator was so dirty we didnt want to put any food in it! The beds were really hard so none of us slept well, and the sofa really needs to be replaced. On the plus side, when I called about the unit being dirty, they had someone there to clean within a half hour. We love Sea Colony and have stayed many times. But this unit wasn't great. Don't recommend....
