Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Working with the staff at Vacasa was easy and they were very quick to respond when I had questions regarding check in.

The condo was very nice. Really happy that it was on the first floor. Only five steps to the door. The place was very clean and the kitchen was awesome. The only nit pick is that both bathrooms had tub showers and I am a little old and stiff so getting in took practice. But the master bathroom was really nice. All in all a very positive experience. I will definitely use this place again.

My family and I enjoyed our time at 53066 Lakeshore Ct. Great location (tram stop right there and walking distance to a pool/splash pad), but I do want to note that this condo had a really strong mildew smell (I realize it’s a beach house, but it was pretty intense). There was definitely room for improvement in terms of the cleanliness and a few amenities could be updated. The updated kitchen was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
