This second floor condo boasts a tree-lined wrap around porch, deck and new LVP flooring throughout with 3-bedrooms plus a loft with a total of 3 full bathrooms. The main level offers a living and dining area with cathedral ceilings, well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the primary suite and primary ensuite with a jetted tub. The 2nd floor loft features a full bath and queen bed. Unit includes central air conditioning, washer, dryer, 3 flat screen TVs, free Wifi, and a gas fireplace.

Great property! Very well equipped and clean. Richard was very easy to communicate with before our stay. We had no issues at all during the week. Would definitely stay again next year.

Kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are clean. The location is convenient to pools and splash pad as well as the fitness center. A tram stop is just outside the parking lot. The main bedroom has large windows that get the morning sun. There are vertical blinds that partially block the sun.

This was probably one of our favorite vacation rentals in Bethany. Richard was very communicative, and even forgiving when my kids likely broke a decoration. The place has tons of space, was the cleanest I've ever found a rental around this area, and had a beautiful deck. We will definitely consider this again!
