About this house rental
Welcome to our repainted, redecorated, and meticulously cleaned Sea Colony vacation home. This is our fifth season sharing this spacious townhome located directly off Westway on Lakeshore Drive. A less than 5-minute walk to the Tennis Center if you turn left or the new state-of-the-art Fitness Center if you turn right. The Tram Stop to Sea Colony's private beach is a 1-minute walk. Also nearby is a fishing pond and 3 heated outdoor pools. The Fitness Center has an indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub.
The first floor includes a spacious, comfortably furnished Living Room with a newer sectional couch. The adjacent Dining Area has a large table with 6 chairs and opens onto an enclosed Sunroom. The large, up-dated Kitchen has a new stove, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen table with four chairs. An abundance of natural light comes in through the front wall of windows. The Powder Room and interior garage access door are conveniently located off the Entrance Foyer. There is also an umbrella table with 4 chairs inside the Gated Front Patio.
The staircase to the 2nd floor opens to a bright Loft area set up with a TV and 2 comfortable swivel chairs. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, TV, and sliders to a Private Open Deck with another umbrella table and 2 lounge chairs. The large En-Suite Bathroom has double sinks, a separate shower, a jetted bathtub, and a newer toilet. The Second Bedroom is set up with a bunk bed and two twin beds (ie. sleeps 4), a walk-in closet, and a beautiful wall of windows. The sunny Third Bedroom has a queen bed with newer mattress and box springs, and a wall-mounted TV.
Off the hall is a Full Bathroom with a newer toilet and flooring, and a Laundry Room with a full-size washer and dryer.

My husband and I, along with our 4 daughters enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Home is very clean, updated and in a perfect location at sea colony. The nearby pool is a short walk and the tram stop to the beach is at the corner of the road. This marked our14th summer trip to Bethany Beach and my family all agrees this has been the best house yet!

Best place we’ve stayed in at Sea Colony. The furnishings were superb. Not a single negative. Would have no problem in booking again in the future.
