Super-clean 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Sea Colony West townhome on a quiet street but just steps from the newly renovated multi-million dollar fitness center. The tram to the private beach picks up at your back door.
Our unit is near three pools, two with toddler areas, with one of the pools inside at the nearby newly renovated fitness center. The condo also provides easy access to pickleball courts and playgrounds. A quick walk or one tram stop puts you at the indoor and outdoor tennis courts. Across the street, a fishing pond has snapping turtles and fish for a quiet morning.
52041 Canal Court has all the amenities for an easy, relaxing week at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances, new living room furniture, a king-sized master with soaking tub en suite bathroom, a three-season room, and outdoor seating in front as well as a balcony off the master bedroom. The garage has plenty of space for bikes and all your beach gear. You will want for nothing to entertain and relax you during your stay.
