Once we figured it out, getting the welcome packet and getting into the rental was fine. The rental was lovely, the property peaceful and quiet and convenient to the beach. We had a great time!

The emails regarding check-in were wordy and confusing and there were way too many of them to sort through. Having to track down the welcome packet in a lock box seemed unnecessarily difficult.
