Welcome to our spacious and recently renovated (2023) home away from home! As a Sea Colony West guest, visitors enjoy all kinds of amenities (Beach, Pools, Fitness, Tennis, Pickleball, Sauna, Basketball) with private access to the Beach.

-Keyless entry: code to be provided before check-in
-Unit has Parking out front and is adjacent to Tennis Center, Pool (1 of 12 in Sea Colony) and Tram stop for an easy/short way to go to the Beach!

-We provide kitchenware and a "starter kit" for paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper

Condo was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Josh, the host, responded quickly to all questions. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. Bonus.....tram service stop is in front of the condo!

Great stay! The host, Josh, was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and exactly as advertised. Convenient amenities provided by Sea Colony. Will definitely be back.

My husband, kids and I vacation with my best friend, her husband and son every summer to a different city or beach. The kids are 6,9 and 10. They said this vacation house was their favorite "in their entire lives."
The adults loved it too. The tram to and from the beach was a great perk. The kids loved all of the swimming pools and amenities. Bethany Beach is a great middle place between lots of activities in Rehoboth, Dewey and Ocean City. Bethany was great for our daily family activities. We highly recommend staying at Sea Colony and this specific condo.
