About this house rental
WALKING DISTANCE TO BETHANY BEACH TOWN AND BEACH. Your peaceful getaway in charming Bethany Beach! A private, wooded in-town location on a non-thru street just blocks to the beach and the heart of downtown Bethany. A short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but tucked away for peace and quiet. The entire house was renovated with brand new kitchen. The first level offers a kitchen with island open to the dining area and spacious living room with fireplace as well as a laundry room and screened porch. The primary bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with a king size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bath, and private balcony. There is an additional guest room with a queen bed and another bedroom with bunk beds and a lounge area perfect for the younger generation. After a fun-filled day at the beach, enjoy a meal or spend a relaxing afternoon lounging in the secluded screened porch off the back of the house. Our family of four loved this house! The proximity to everything coupled with the quiet neighborhood was perfect. The house is bigger than it looks and we really enjoyed morning coffee and games on the screened in porch. The owner was extremely responsive. We would definitely love to stay here again. 10 out of 10 all around!

Our stay was just about perfect. We really liked being able to roll our bikes into the garage each evening. There were 6 of us staying there & the house accommodated us very well. Courtney was easy to contact & went beyond what was necessary to make us feel welcome & at home. We hope to return to this property again. All in all, a terrific place to stay.

As advertised, host is extremely responsive. House was clean and kitchen was modern and great. We had two couples with 1 kid each, the kids room is great. You could have 5 kids in there and I think that room is the biggest. Very convenient to everything. Hot water! Not sure if it was just me but the water came out hot each shower. You lool at the HVAC system and you know its new and good. Would definitely stay again.
