Live like a local! This 3BR/ 2.5 BA home is just minutes from Broadway! Our home sleeps 10 comfortably. Relax on the rooftop with a firepit & plenty of seating with downtown views — it`s perfect for hanging out. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and private bath, while the second bedroom has a king bed with a shared Jack-and-Jill bath. The third bedroom features twin-over-twin and queen-over-queen bunks. We`re excited to welcome you and can’t wait to make your stay unforgettable.

A nice stay. I will say that the house could really use paint on the walls - you can tell people have treated the place poorly at times. Also, could use bath mats as well. Great location and great communication with property manager.

The property was neat and great for a group of 8! It is centrally located for a short Uber anywhere around Nashville. The area itself wasn’t great but seems like it is doing some rebuilding to make it more friendly on the eyes and the security on the exterior doors make for a aafe reassurance! Overall loved the stay and it was a great place. Would definitely book again!

Had a really good time, we were able to shop, cook, enjoy the rooftop, and just a short Uber ride to Broadway. We did have to purchase a sharp knife as all that was there were butter knives, but overall a very nice stay.
