How easy it was to book and use nothing it was every thing we needed

The apartment in itself is really cute, cozy and pretty well located thanks to the bus station BUT (see downsides)
We didn’t have the best of times due to:
- The access to the place must be revised. We had to call the Booking hotline because we didn’t get any instructions and we were basically chatting with the Ai service of this apartment.
- the neighbor downstairs was playing music too loud and weren’t polite neither friendly at all when we kindly complained about it and said she was doing this as a “response” because we were “walking too loud on the floor” in the beginning of the evening…
- The use of the shower wasn’t convenient
- MORE CUTLERY AND TOOLS (no blender, only 1 fork and 2 knives, no frying pan,…)

It was close to work
The bathroom floor was very dirty the furnace was very loud the power was out in the other buildings so the power was out to the dark stairs and a fell down the staircase but I am ok
