All animals must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $125 pet fee and do not allow animals to go on the furniture or beds.
Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential neighborhood please respect the neighbors!

This house was perfect for our weeknd away in Nashville. Plenty of space to be together, while still having personal space. We didn’t walk anywhere, it was our first trip there so we weren’t very familiar, but the Uber was affordable and Nashville had a ton of parking. Host was very attentive.

Great location, literally minutes away from Broadway. Farmers market down the street was amazing. The house was nice and spacious, very well put together; The neighborhood was nice and quiet. And the host kept in touch in case we needed anything.
