住宿地點佳，離車站近，客廳空間寬敞，可煮飯也能洗衣服，浴室也有乾衣功能這點很方便。
一層只有一戶住戶也相對單純。
房間的冷氣有股味道，應該要適時清洗濾網。床單都起毛球，棉被套太大，以至於裡面的被胎都會跑來跑去，建議要更換～

Great location and large room
I saw some gap between emergency exit and smoke smell came from there one time. It was some group arrive day up floor.

Futaba Hotel was easy to find thanks to the helpful instructions & video provided. It's close to Nippori station, with a supermarket & at least 2 conbinis, and some restaurants on the way. The apartment was spacious & warm with no noise from other apartments; private and secure. Despite arriving fairly late (after 9pm) we were warmly greeted and given more information about the rooms & facilities.
There's some traffic noise, and the towels & crockery need refreshing.
