Anna Maria Island Beach Palms 8B

The condo was very clean and was a very short walk to the beach.

The beds were not the most comfortable and the bathrooms by the pool were very dirty.

The view. The living room was updated and comfortable.

I'm handicapped and was not told it was 3 flights up with no elevator. The bathrooms desperately need remodeled and updated as do the kitchen appliances.

The condo was clean, well-maintained, lots of space, tons of beach supplies, & an excellent location! It's very walkable. It's on the 3rd floor & there isn't an elevator. This wasn't an issue for us but may be for others.

The pictures of the "view" need to be updated. There are no longer trees & a home in front of the condo. Currently, there is construction. In fact, many mornings we were woken by an excavator & construction noise. I understand that the host may not know the exact dates & times that the construction will be active but we should've been given a warning based on the price & photos. We had issues finding & entering the condo (some of this was on us, but also the condo's naming convention - the name of the condominium does not match the property listing. It would've been super helpful to know this! ) but the host was unresponsive so we were driving around, frustrated & confused for over 2 hours before being able to get into the rental & begin our vacation. On Booking.com, there were images of a fitness center & the listing description was misleading. It sounded like there was a fitness center on-site at the condominium but there was not. There is one "nearby" but the way it was presented made it seem like it was right there at the condo. The washer & dryer is very old. It damaged a pair of my leggings, dress, & swim top. I would only wash clothes if you really need to & air-dry vs. using the dryer! There was not enough toilet paper (we had to go buy some), kitchen trash bags (we were given 1), and no facial tissue despite staying for 7 days.
