Hurricane Update:
The entire complex is built on pillars more than 20 feet off the ground. The condo sustained no damage, we have been accepting guests for several weeks, the pool has been completely drained, acid washed, refilled and we have installed a new pump, a new filter and all new equipment. The pool has never looked better, the beaches are open, the restaurants are open and the weather is fantastic.
This incredible 2BR/2BA AMI condo is surrounded by water! To the east, Anna Maria Sound/Intracoastal Waterway is a serene playground for dolphins and manatees. You’ll enjoy the lush grassy lawn, the pier and boat dock/fishing dock on the sound side. To the west lie beautiful white sand beaches, and the shimmering emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A nicely manicured brick walkway leads to the beach. Here, you’ll have the best of both worlds, as well as a swimming pool. The pool patio area with lounge chairs is ensconced in nature; graceful palms, fragrant tropical flowers, and lush landscaping.

The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean, furniture beautiful, amenities (extra towels, chairs, umbrellas, gift box for bath and fully stocked kitchen among others) and the exceptional view. We enjoyed coffee at sunrise watching the dolphins and at night it was quiet and peaceful with the sounds of fish jumping in the water. Short walk to a private beach. Also a block from 2 restaurants and a short walk to Bridge Street. Will definitely be back!

Wow! Pictures don't do justice to the wonderful apartment. It's way better than what you see. The quality of everything, from the furnishing to the flatware is outstanding. Owners are also generous to provide 2 umbrellas and several beach chairs, even toys, so the stay at the beach - one minute away - is very easy, relaxing and fun. Check in is seamless and they stay in touch regularly. We will be back.

The location was amazing. Very short walk to the beach and Johns Pass. The property was very clean and overall had a great stay. Had a small problem getting locked inside of our apartment during our stay. The property manager called a locksmith and we were able to get out of our apartment after a few hours. This was the only unpleasant part of our stay.
