Little piece of heaven

The location is like a piece of heaven. Right on the beach with the lagoon in front. The sundeck is amazing. The view while inside is like a tropical island, but in South Africa. Two restaurants next door and a lot of beautiful shops with very friendly people around the corner. We did not need to travel for anything.

Park and walk, you’re right where you need to be

What a view! You are right in on the edge of the Lagoon. Lovely space, everything is modern, clean and comfortable. Super easy check in with a key box. Easy stroll to the Spar supermarket and lovely restaurant right next door.

“We don't wash dishes” seemed a bit cheeky. The parking was quite tight, 2 cars had to park quite close to one another. The music from the resuarnt nearby was very load all day Saturday.

Stunning location, cottage with everything one needs and incredible view

Everything. Was the perfect setting for the start of our honeymoon. Claire was superb, her attention to detail was amazing. Complimentary bottle of JC Le Roux for us and her handwritten Welcome chalkboard with our names was wonderful. The cottage was perfect for us. Cosy and comfortable with the most magnificent view.

Superb location right on the beach with a wonderful view over the lagoon. Directly next to some of the best restaurants and heart of Langebaan. Despite the excellent position, the accommodation has a laid-back and very peaceful atmosphere, with all the privacy needed for a lovely beach holiday.

Absolutely amazing, peaceful and so relaxing.

It was absolutely beautiful and as soon as you walk out the gate you are on the beach. Its right next to 2 restaurants that have the most amazing food (Especially Roxis Beach). The room was so spacious and its so clean. The photos do not do this place justice, it’s absolutely stunning.

Great cozy space in a great location

Amazing little house for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed our three days. Claire is a wonderful host. A very small suggestion for improving the space would be to add some more cozy light sources inside the house, but otherwise everything was great!!

Fantastic Stay!

Loved this place, the property is literally right on the beach. We got out of bed and went kayaking as soon as the sun came up. Had sundowner drinks on the lawn. Highly recommended and would definately book here again.

It may be a bit noisy as you are next to a popular restaurant, however it did not bother us at all.

Wonderful very private property with everything you could want. Very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, perfect location for kitesurfing and relaxing and eating out. Host Claire could not have been more friendly and helpful and we enjoyed using the braille for a couple of evenings too.

Simplicity at the lagoon

When we got there, there was a welcome board with our names on in front of the door. It made us feel very welcome. Its a large flat with a great view of the lagoon with is less than 50m from the doorstep. We liked the 'self check in'. We had a lovely stay and with visit again.
