Miejsce trochę oddalone od Mikulowa, ale w cichej i spokojnej okolicy, parking przed samym budynkiem. Po przyjeździe (ok. godz. 18) kontakt telefoniczny z właścicielką, która udziela wszelkich wskazówek dotyczących noclegu (kontakt na drzwiach wejściowych), spokojnie można się dogadać po polsku. Pokój i łazienka czyste i przestronne. W holu lodówka z napojami i lokalnym winem (można dokonać zakupu). Śniadanie w oddzielnym budynku, bardzo dobre i urozmaicone, sympatyczna właścicielka robi na bieżąco ciepłe dania, my wzięliśmy jajka sadzone. Super miejsce podczas tranzytu do/z Włoch. W lecie dobre miejsce noclegowo - wypadowe na wycieczki rowerowe.
