Wygodne materace, zamykane obejście i rowerownia. Dobre śniadanie w obiekcie Panská Sypká (w odległości ok. 150m)
Okolica nieco zaniedbana, przydałoby się trochę więcej zieleni (zarówno wewnątrz posesji jak i wokół niej). Słabe oznakowanie obiektu. Przydałaby się informacja również w innych językach niż Czeski

Czysto, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia z ekspresem do kawy, mikrofalówką, tosterem, herbatami, śmietankami do kawy itp. Do dyspozycji gości stół do pingponga, paletki do badmintona i różne gry planszowe. Super miejsce na wycieczki rowerowe.

Parkovanie vo dvore.
Nebol sušič vlasov. Nebol sprchový šampón, čo považujem za štandard. Na izbe jedna stolička a rozpadnutá skrinka. Toto ubytovanie ma nepresvedčilo. Bolo to moje tretie v okolí Mikulova.
