Pokoj standard: Velký pokoj i koupelna, čisto, úschovna kol a pro pokoje bez kuchyňky společná kuchyň se vším potřebným. Lokalita ideálně uprostřed trojúhelníku Mikulov Lednice Valtice a Rakouska. Ideální pro cyklisty.
Naprostá absence zatemnění, zvlášť v horkých dnech byl pokoj hodně vyhřátý a klimatizace ani větrák není k dispozici. Netěsnící dveře v rámu, při sebemenším pohybu vzduchu bouchali, nehledě na izolací zvuků z venku. Majitelé pracují na zlepšení.
