Are you looking for a vacation home on the Baltic Sea?
You’ll find our Frisian-style house about 300 m from the natural beach in Rosenhagen-Dassow at Strandstraße 31.
This small town is located about 7 km northeast of Travemünde and is directly connected to the Baltic Sea Coast Cycle Route. This trail takes you to destinations such as Travemünde, Lübeck, Boltenhagen, Wismar, or wherever you’d like to go.
The beautiful, beach tax-free natural beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or taking a stroll.
Our well-equipped vacation home, measuring approximately 120 square meters, is situated on a 600-square-meter lot with a furnished south-facing terrace. Two parking spaces are available.
The first floor features a spacious, open-concept living area (kitchen, dining, living room). There is also an entryway, a restroom, and an utility room with a washer (and built-in dryer).
Upstairs, there are 3 rooms and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, shower, and toilet. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds that can also be pushed together. A pull-out couch and a desk are available in the third room.
The house is heated by underfloor heating (geothermal). Each room has its own individual control.

Wir haben unsere Ferien in dem tollen Haus an der Ostsee verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist toll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und sie waren immer hilfsbereit.
Auch die Nähe zum Strand war toll, trotz heißer Temperaturen war der Strand nicht so voll.
Wir würden jederzeit unseren Urlaub dort wieder verbringen.

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub an der See. Die Einrichtung ist modern und hochwertig, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Es ist alles da, was man braucht und sich wünscht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig. Wir haben alles sauber angetroffen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und großzügig geschnitten. Besonders hat uns die extrem gute Ausstattung gefallen.. Es fehlte an nichts. Der offene Wohnbereich mit Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer ist für die gemeinsame Familienzeit perfekt. Großer Gartentisch, Schirm, 2 Liegen und Grill runden die Terrasse ab. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.
Die Kommunikation mit Steffi und Peter war super. Schnelle Rückmeldung, viele Infos und sehr herzlich.
Wir würden das Haus immer wieder buchen.
